Dr. Benazir Ahmed, BPM (Bar) is a former Inspector General of Police (IGP) of Bangladesh, regarded as one of the most talented, innovative, and tech-savvy civil service officers of his generation. Over a career spanning more than three decades, he served in senior roles including Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner, Director General of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), and, from April 2020, as Inspector General of Police.
